DMCA Copyright Infringement Policy for Evangelion New Series

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to report alleged infringement on websites, applications, and services operated by Evangelion New Series. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy is intended to comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Evangelion New Series website or services, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To file an effective DMCA notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our service (e.g., a specific URL or clear description sufficient to allow us to locate the material).
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Evangelion New Series website or services was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

To file an effective DMCA counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Evangelion New Series may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

Please send your complete counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent via the contact information provided on our Contact Us page, clearly marking the subject "DMCA Counter-Notification".

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Evangelion New Series will promptly provide the person who submitted the original DMCA notification with a copy of the counter-notification and inform that person that Evangelion New Series will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Evangelion New Series will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
